I began working for Sikeston Public Schools in 2008 at the SCTC Bulldog Preschool as a teachers assistant. I began my currect position as Elementary Music Teacher in 2011. I teach at the Kindergarten Center and Matthews Elementary. I teach weekly music lesson to all students K-4 as well as planning and preparing students to perform several times throughout the school year. The Kindergarten students perform at Christmas and at our annual Fieldhouse Show at the end of the year. At Matthews Elementary the 1st and 2nd graders will perform at Christmas, 3rd graders on Veterans Day and the 4th graders will perform the annual Tom Sawyer Play.
